If you are looking to setup an existing account on a mail clent, (e.g. Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage etc) you will need to use the details below.

Where is stated replace with your domian name (e.g scobiit.co.uk)

1. Select account type POP3
2. Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain (e.g. mail.scobiit.co.uk)
3. Outgoing Mail Server: mail.yourdomain
4. Username is your email address (e.g. info@scobiit.co.uk)
5. Password will be what you have already defined in your control panel
6. Your outgoing server will require authentication (on outlook this will be found in more options then the tab 'outgoing server')
   
7. Use same settings as your incoming mail server for the authentication

The email should now work.
